Hi, I’m Cammie. I’m a licensed psychotherapist with ADHD who specializes in nervous system work, shame, and emotional overwhelm. I’ve lived through severe dysregulation, shutdowns, and outbursts—and I’ve done the work to heal. This workbook is what I wish I had years ago.   I created this workbook to offer the tools I use every day in therapy—tools that actually make sense for ADHD brains.
